At Ashworth Bedding, our products are warrantied against any manufacturer defects within 14 days of purchase.  We do not accept exchanges or returns.  All pillows are FINAL SALE.

Is PILLING a manufacturing defect?

No.  It is important to note that pilling is not a fabric defect and as such is not considered a warranty issue.  Pilling is a normal occurrence caused by every day wear and tear, and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.

Please  message your Ashworth Bedding Representative to initiate a warranty claim. Your representative will decide whether your defective items will need to be returned at customers expense.
